Ingredients
2 cans condensed tomato soup
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
1-1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
3 or 3.5 lb boneless beef round steak
6 c. broccoli flowerets
hot cooked rice
Directions
Cut steak into strips.
Stir the soup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, pepper, and beef in a 3 1/2 quart slow cooker.
Cover, cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until beef is fork tender.
Stir in broccoli, increase heat to HIGH, cover, cook for 15 minutes until broccoli is tender-crisp.
Serve over rice.
