Ingredients
1/2 cup butter softened
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup (8oz) sour cream
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees
Cream butter and sugar.
Add vanilla and eggs.
Add sour cream and bananas.
Add flour and baking soda.
Bake checking often after 25 mins. Time varies by oven.
Variations
Cream cheese icing: 8oz cream cheese, 1/4 cup butter, 3 cup confectioners sugar (more if need extra icing) 1 tsp vanilla, dash salt
