3 small zucchini
4 carrots
2 red peppers
1 small bunch of broccoli
2 lb boneless chicken
1-1/2 lb linguini, cooked & drained
1+ c. Parmesan cheese
Directions
Cook chicken strips in olive oil sprinkled with Italian seasoning
Cut up fresh vegetables
Cook and stir vegetables in olive oil in large skillet
Add chicken breast strips and linguine
Stir in cheese
