Ingredients
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp cocoa
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3/4 c. oil
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 tsp vanilla
2 c. cold water
Directions
Mix all ingredients
Pour into greased cake pan
Bake at 350 degrees approx. 30 min
