Ingredients
6 Medium Avocados, diced
3-4 Fresh Tomatoes, seeds removed, diced
1 Medium Serrano Pepper, finely chopped
1 Vidalia Onion, chopped
1-2 Tbsp fresh Cilantro, chopped
3 Lemons
Garlic (one clove finely chopped - optional)
Directions
Halve avocado's, scoop out of shell/remove seed. Dice all avocado and put into a bowl.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over avoados and stir a bit. Helps reduce avocado\'s brown discoloration.
Add all other ingredients and stir together.
Serve with chip of choice. Tostito's multigrain scoops are good.
