Ingredients
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 c Dijon mustard
1/4 c whole grain mustard
1/2 c honey
2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp smoked paprika
fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 375F
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden on both sides. Set aside.
In same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Sauté minced garlic for about a minute.
Add the Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, and smoked paprika. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Return chicken to the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over the top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
