Ingredients
4 pork chops
Flour
2 Tbsp olive oil
6 garlic cloves
2 eggs
3 Tbsp milk
1 1/2 cups Italian bread crumbs
2 Tbsp dried parsley
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions
Coat the pork chops with flour.
Heat olive oil in fry pan. Lightly brown garlic.
Beat eggs and milk.
Mix bread crumbs, parsley, and cheese.
Dip floured pork in egg mixture and then in bread crumbs.
Brown pork on each side for about 5 minutes.
Place in glass dish or on aluminum foil covered pan and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
