Ingredients
1 c. lemon-lime soda
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp prepared horseradish
1 lb boneless sirloin
Directions
In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients.
Add steak and turn to coat.
Seal and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Drain and discard marinade.
Grill steaks, covered, over medium-hot heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness.
For medium-rare, a meat thermometer should read 145°F; medium, 160°F; well-done, 170°F
