Ingredients
2 c. elbow macaroni
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 c. medium white sauce
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
Directions
Heat oven to 375F°
Cook macaroni to aldente
Place half the macaroni in ungreased casserole dish (2qt for a single recipe)
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese; repeat
Pour white sauce over casserole
Dot with Butter. Cover; bake 30 minutes
Uncover; bake 15 minutes (or until well browned on top)
