Ingredients
1 lb steak strips, cut in squares
2 medium onions, cubed
2 bell peppers, cubed
6 Tbsp. soy sauce (or low sodium)
1/4 chicken broth
2 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 c water
8 garlic cloves
! Tbsp grated ginger
Directions
Mix last seven ingredients together.
Add 1 lb. steak.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Add 1 lb. steak.
Let stand for 30 minutes.
Sear the steak pieces on both sides then remove from pan.
Add 2 medium onions and 2 bell peppers. Stir fry for a few minutes.
Add steak and marinade. Stir until well blended.
Serve over rice and top with sesame seeds.
