Ingredients
2 Tbsp natural almonds
2 c. packed fresh basil
1/2 clove garlic
1/3 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
salt, pepper
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp water
Directions
Cook almonds in microwave on High for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes.
In food processor, pulse almonds, basil, garlic and Parmesan
With processor running, gradually pour in olive oil and water
