Ingredients
1 gallon cucumbers sliced
1 cup peeled sliced onion
3.5 cup sugar
3 cup white vinegar
1/3 cup kosher salt
1 tbsp tumeric
1 tbsp celery seed
1 tbsp mustard seed
Directions
Mix vinegar, sugar, salt, spices together until sugar dissolves. Pour over cucumbers. (uses large 5 qt ice cream tub)
Refrigerate at least 3 days before serving.
Stores up to 1 year in refrigerator in jars.
