Ingredients
3 c. flour
1.5 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
1.25 c. shortening
1 egg slightly beaten
6 Tbsp cold water
1 Tbsp vinegar
Directions
Combine flour, salt and sugar
Add shortening
Beat egg with water and vinegar - don't over beat
Blend two mixtures together
Rest 10 minutes before rolling dough
