Ingredients
4 cups flour
2 eggs
1 pint sour cream
5 lbs white potatoes
2.5 lb cooper sharp block
1 large or 2 small heads of cabbage

Directions
Mix and chill the dough.
Roll out dough with plenty of flour.
Cut out square or circle areas, place filling in center.
Light water around the edges to make them stick. Fold in half and pinch. Flour and water to help make it stick.
Variations
Cabbage: 1 large head or 2 small chopped in food processor, 1 onion chopped 1-2 sticks margarine, sprinkle of salt pepper garlic powder, sugar saute, chill before placing on dough
Potato: 5 lbs white potatoes, 2.5 lb cooper sharp cheese grated. Peel & boil potatoes, drain, add cheese and mash until smooth. chill uncovered 24 hours prior to filling dough
1 dough makes about 90 - 4 in square dough for potato and 113 - 8 cm round cabbage
