Ingredients
2 Tbs. Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
1 Potato
Directions
Wash however many potatos you want for your potato chips
Peel the potato(s)
Cut the potato into thin slices, try to make them all alike so they bake evenly
(optional, but you get the best results) Dry the potato slices as best as you can, so they don't steam
put into a bowl and pour olive oil on them, add estimated amount of salt
mix, make sure all the potato chips get oil and salt on them
spread onto a plate that has waxed paper on (try to make sure they're not touching, otherwise they will stick together))
put into microwave for 3 min. , flip them over, put in again until golden brown -2 min.(if they are not a little bit golden put back in for 30 sec.
take out, let cool, EAT!!!!!!
P.S (In the picture I only used one potato. Thats about how much you would get for one potato)
