Ingredients
3 oz. salmon
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/4 c. bread crumbs
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil baking dish. Wash salmon and pat dry with paper towel.
Place in baking dish and cover with mustard then brown sugar and bread crumbs.
Bake 10-15 minutes until fish flakes but is not dry.
Variations
Using more salmon --> bake longer (approx. 35 min/lb
Use Panko bread crumbs for crispier topping.
