Ingredients
1-1/2 lb regular sausage
1-1/2 lb hot sausage
1 to 2 peppers
2 large onions
1 qt. homemade sauce
Directions
Boil sausage in water 2 hours. Slice.
Fry 1 to 2 peppers and 2 large onions in oil.
Heat 1 qt. homemade sauce. Add few dashes Tobasco. Thicken like gravy
Drain peppers and onions, add to sauce. Add sausage. Simmer 1/2 hr.
