Ingredients
4-5 large sweet potatoes
1/2 cup sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbsp margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
Topping:
1/3 cup flour
3 Tbsp butter
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Directions
Boil, skin, and mash potatoes.
Add other ingredients and mix till smooth.
Put in a 9X13 baking dish or 2 quart casserole dish.
Mix flour, sugar and butter for topping and sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
