Ingredients
1 yellow cake mix
1 pkg vanilla pudding
5 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. whiskey
3/4 c. butter
1 pkg butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, stir together cake and pudding mix. Make a well in center and pour in eggs, milk, whiskey and butter.
Beat on low until blended
Scrape bowl and beat on Med for 4 min
Reserve 1/4 c. butterscotch chips and walnuts for topping. Stir in remaining chips
Pour into prepared pan and sprinkle with remaining chips
Bake 50 - 60 min or until toothpick comes out clean
